June 21–25 · Mokrin House Land Art 2.0 — Creating Art in the Open Air We invite families to start the summer at Mokrin House — surrounded by nature, art and a beautiful environment, where during one week a true open-air land-art museum will appear. Throughout the session we will explore how contemporary art works with space. Expect experiments with form, materials, scale, light and color, and the creation of your own art objects and installations. Our inspirations will include the art park Nikola-Lenivets, the Terra Museum of Contemporary Art in Kikinda, and works by Andy Goldsworthy, Richard Long, Christo and Jeanne-Claude, Cornelia Konrads. Their projects help to see how art can change perception of nature, architecture and the environment. Each day participants will face new creative tasks, team work, searching for unexpected solutions, and experiments with materials, movement, light and space. If desired, parents can become full participants in projects together with their children. We will live and create at Mokrin House — a modern art-hotel with grounds for walks, a pool, a gym, table tennis, billiards, cozy rest areas and creative spaces. The hotel itself will be part of our artistic exploration. The session will conclude with a large exhibition of works created during the week. Participation fee — €490 (parent + child). Accommodation is paid separately: from €154 per night for a family of 3, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Accommodation details available on request.
