Summer Art Camp 🎨 "We Draw and Travel" 10 days of adventures, creativity and Serbian language practice. Excursions and discoveries: — a quest in Futoshka Park “Find the Totem”; — swimming at the Šajmište pool; — explore and sketch an 18th-century cave temple and the quarry “Beli Majdan”; — make a wish at the sculpture "Zamisli Želju", draw Bukovački waterfall and its inhabitants; — climb the rocks at Orlovo Boište; — visit Beočin monastery; — rest and draw near Dumbovački waterfall; — enjoy the mountain lake in Stari Ledinci; — study the forest as a living organism: trees, mushrooms, insects, birds and mammals; — roast sausages and marshmallows at a secret spot. Art traveler’s diary: we draw trees and flowers, mountains, caves and waterfalls, forest, water and cave dwellers using pastel pencils, liners, watercolor and markers. We build sculptures from forest materials. Survival basics: learn to use tools and a compass, light a fire, avoid ticks and deal with bears, and what is safe to eat in the forest. Serbian language: live practice with a Serbian artist, learning words related to the day’s theme.
