What the program includes: πββοΈ two swimming and water safety sessions daily πͺ physical conditioning and active games π² hot lunch π library hour / film screening π©βπ« continuous supervision by teachers and instructors Daily flow: π 11:00 β meeting at the Adriatic Open school. Together with a teacher, children go to the fitness area and the beach. π After general physical warm-up (about 30 min.) the first water session begins. Two swimming instructors work with the children. The lesson lasts about one hour and includes: adaptation to water, swimming technique, breathing, basics of safe behavior at sea. πΏ There are showers and changing cabins on the beach. π² Around 13:30 the group returns to the school for a hot lunch (Your Time β meals organized for the week by choice). π After lunch β a quiet part of the day: library hour, film screening accompanied by a teacher. π Around 15:30 children go to the beach again with a teacher.
