Children's yoga — movement, attention and the joy of being yourself! I invite children to a class where we will move, play, learn interesting asanas and learn to feel their bodies and themselves better. My name is Diana, I am a certified yoga teacher. It is important for me to create a space where a child feels comfortable being themselves — without competition or comparison to others. In the class we will develop attention, coordination, concentration and learn to listen to the body. Through movement, children gradually become more attentive and confident, better feel their abilities and learn to treat themselves with care and respect. This is not about “doing it perfectly”, but about interest, joy and getting to know yourself through movement. 📅 When: Sunday morning, 31.05 🧒 Age: 6+ (very individual) 📍 Where: centre of Nha Trang, 5 minutes on foot from Lotos ⏱ Duration: 1 hour 💰 Price: 100,000 dong 👕 What to bring: comfortable clothes 📩 Contact: https://t.me/Way2Yogesha_OM #date: 31.05

Everything related to body and movement. These are activities aimed at physical development and maintaining good health, as well as those that help children relax, release stress, or express their natural need for movement. Physical activities are part of the basic recommended “balance” for every child.
more «physical development» →Activities that help children explore their bodies, space, coordination, teamwork and dialogue through play, help release tension and express emotions through movement. They combine fun and physical expression, building confidence and providing sense of joy — while also help strengthen the body.
