🎙 Premiere of the new season of the podcast “Kumkum. Navigator” in Jerusalem! I spent two years participating in recordings of podcasts for children about and around Israel. Episodes from the first and second seasons of “Kumkum Navigator” are on all platforms, and I'm glad they are still being listened to. The third season was released without guides, but ... with real scientists! To celebrate the release of the third season, there will be an interesting meetup with the creators in Jerusalem: How to find your inner bat and what do ancient emmer wheat and modern grapes have in common? We'll discuss this at the live meeting with the podcast creators and scientists. The focus is Israel as a large scientific playground where the land's history comes alive in the research of biologists, archaeologists and paleobotanists. Program: Anna Krasilshchik and Lev Gankin talk with guests about science and the past. Alexandra Panyutina (bat researcher): a mini-lecture on how to discover your “inner bat.” Xu Frumin (paleobotanist): a story about lost and found grains and Israeli grapes. 📍 Venue: Jerusalem, Beit Avi Hai, HaMelekh George St, 44, Room 103 🗓 When: Monday, 2026-05-11 at 19:00 💰 Price: 20 shekels 🎟 Tickets via link (https://www.bac.org.il/ru/events/?eventID=24254)
