Friends, after a forced pause the family book festival “V Chemodane” returns in an updated format. On May 20 and 21 we will meet to celebrate Shavuot, read, create and simply be together. — Theatre program: children’s productions from the «Smeshnoi» theatre, «House of the Black Owl» theatre and a magic show by David Shmedzhik, up to a performance for adults by Linor Goralik. — Tours of the ANU museum for adults with Asya Fix, Zoya Brook and Konstantin Bondar, as well as children’s tours by Lyuba Shinkaruk. — Jewish traditions: a conversation with Rabbi Beni Minich. — A large selection of books for all ages and a market of handmade author’s goods. — Creative meetings with writers. — Master-classes for all ages, intellectual games, graffiti, and outdoor active games: foam-sword battles with Nikolay Sanchuk. — A festive lottery for festival participants. The event is held with the support of the NADAV Foundation and UJA Federation of New York. These will be two calm and happy days. Plan the dates in your calendar and invite friends.
