Theatre ‘Teatr Sna’ invites you to the interactive play “Timid Bunny” for children aged 2 to 7. Duration: 50 minutes. Venue: Rīga, “STADIA”, Ģertrudes iela 24. A simple, funny and touching story for the very young about courage and friendship. The little bunny is so scared of everything that he sits on a stump and won't get off. With the help of true friends he learns to find courage, overcome his fears and discover many new things. During the performance actors interact with the children, involving them in the story. After the performance, at a mini‑workshop, children will make a jumping bunny. Among the decorations they will also be able to feel like actors, playing with their new “friend”. To ensure every child gets attention and can participate, the maximum number of viewers is 20 children + accompanying adults. Ticket price: 15 euros. A separate ticket is required for both adult and child. Classes where children develop acting skills, stage presence, and musical awareness. They explore themselves through games and exercises focused on improvisation, expression, and self-expression, or by working on performance projects. These classes help children reveal their individuality, learn to work as a team, express emotions, control their voice and body, and build confidence and the ability to perform in front of an audience.
more «acting and stage performance» →Shorter performances for a very small audience, where little ones are not just spectators but active participants — they can move, touch objects, interact, and become part of the action. In baby theatre, what matters most are images, sounds, gestures, and mood rather than plot. Such performances develop attention and emotional responsiveness, provide a safe space for exploration, and often include a creative part where children can craft something with their own hands inspired by what they’ve seen.
more «baby theatre» →One-time events and activities for weekends or leisure: plays and movie screenings, workshops, lectures, day hikes and trips, fairs, shows, fun runs, competitions, quests. What's there for us this weekend?
more «upcoming events» →The child is immersed in play, while gradually acquiring new skills or knowledge along the way. This format helps children learn naturally and with interest: they try things out, explore, make mistakes, repeat, and gradually understand the material through their own experience.
