🎐The Thai culture festival and Songkran (Thai New Year) celebration will take place this weekend, 9–10 May, at Narinkkatori square in front of Kamppi. Songkran, or the Thai New Year, is one of the most significant holidays in Thailand. It falls on the night of April 12–13 according to the ancient Indian astrological calendar. The traditional greeting for this day is “Sawasdee pi mai!” (Happy New Year) or Happy Songkran.
