Journey to Ancient China in the Art Studio Recently at the Art Studio children explored the culture of the country that invented paper, developed the art of calligraphy and created the famous porcelain. Through the topic of Ancient China, the kids studied symbols, shapes and meanings that artists conveyed in their works. The dragon became the main character — a symbol of wisdom, strength, fertility and prosperity. Inspired by this culture, the children created their own vases in the style of Chinese porcelain. Each work turned out unique: — with its own character — with individual lines and patterns — with a mood that conveys the atmosphere of an ancient tradition. Such projects help children: — develop imagination — learn to express ideas through art — feel composition and details — enjoy the process and the result.
