🥋Very energetic activity and flexible, impressive practice at the intersection of dance, play, and martial arts. 🌟Classes provide good and varied physical exercise, partly in a game format. There is a lot of enthusiasm and fun during the classes. In classes, kids can really let loose, "blow off steam", improve their physical fitness, and get a boost of great mood. Suitable for kids of any fitness level; they can join at any moment and quickly feel among friends. ✨Led by Viktor Suslov - an experienced capoeira coach. Viktor easily and for a long time engages children and energizes them. Training in this group is the evolution of toddlers' classes, and the goals of training also evolve. The coach takes into account, first of all, the changes in children's psychology when moving to a new group. 📍Sports In sports, the key word during training is challenge. The expectations for the child at this level are noticeably higher; the technique of movements and level of physical development - the child must constantly see a new goal ahead. 📍Social 🤸As the child grows, their sense of self as an individual increases, as does the need for "hanging out". For this, the number of collective exercises increases. We put more emphasis on exercises in a group and interaction with a partner. 📍Personal 🥇Becoming a leader, winning a competition, asserting oneself - these needs come to the forefront. Therefore, there are more competitions and rivalry in training. We also start playing capoeira with each other; children learn to see their partner, respond to their actions, create, and resolve game situations. Where? Classes take place in a well-air-conditioned hall with a waiting area. Cost: 70 euros for an 8-class pass, 40 for 4, or 12 euros one time. Trial class - 5 euros.
