We will explore the connection to lineage and ancestors, birth scripts and finding support while living abroad, creating a shared women's circle. There will be practices for health and recovery: work with reboso, abdominal adjustments, herbs, moxa, cupping and a closing ritual “Cerrada” to integrate the experience. One day is dedicated to loss and transitions: completion rituals, support in grieving, work with scars and viewing menopause as a stage of strength and wisdom. The seminar has translation from Spanish into Russian. Accommodation on site (2–3 people per room), only 20 spots. Arrival: May 22 from 14:00. Departure: May 25 by 11:00.
