Do not come too early, but do not be late. Arrive about 20 minutes before the start — that’s ideal. WHAT TO BRING. Uniform: pants and a suitable white T‑shirt (the official T‑shirt is usually issued after training and before the ceremony). Bring slippers for the bathroom. A blend of martial arts, dance, acrobatics, and play. It’s a safe and engaging way for children to develop strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and a strong sense of rhythm. In class, kids learn basic kicks, dodges, and smooth transitions between movements, often practicing in pairs. Music, clapping, and traditional instruments create an energetic atmosphere. The sessions are both structured and playful, which makes them especially great for active children.
