Our friend Aleksey Khudyakov — director of the Be Artist theatre studio in Lisbon — brings his play A VERY SIMPLE STORY* to Porto. We value that the actors of this studio are ordinary people, multidimensional personalities, most of whom discovered their acting talent with Aleksey here in Portugal. We asked Aleksey about the actors and their characters to learn more about the play and even 'peek behind the scenes' — see details in the photos. And of course we invite you to the performance — it has everything: knocked-out teeth, pregnancy, a strict father, a sympathetic mother, murder, moonshine and even rebirth...
