“Who to be? Fest” is a space where teenagers get to know various professional fields through hands-on experience and dialogue. This is not a lecture format — it’s a live conversation about what people actually do in their jobs. The aim is to show not theory but the real side of professions: what a specialist’s daily life is like, what is interesting about the work, what challenges they face and what the future of the field looks like. The festival will present many areas: nuclear medicine, pharmaceuticals, stage design, 3D modeling and printing, art and biology, stand-up, programming, interior and product design, psychology, education, film and much more. Format: — short presentations (about 20 minutes) — live interaction — questions, discussion, dialogue Participants will also have the opportunity to talk with speakers informally — ask personal questions and meet other festival-goers. Participation fee — 500 dinars. At the end of the day we’ll gather to talk about one of the most familiar and loved professions — baking: we will learn how the process works and bake our own pizza to enjoy together. Participants and partners: professionals from Yandex, Medicær, Abbott, Oscar Studio, Motionbrothers (https://www.instagram.com/motionbrothers?igsh=MWl2dmF6MzV3MXZncg==), Intellectum Academy (https://www.instagram.com/intellectum_academy?igsh=czBhN3pscngzbW8=), architectural bureau Druzhba and FOUR (https://www.instagram.com/fourplusburo?igsh=MWk0aWkzbHJlbHQybQ==), Nata Istomina (https://www.instagram.com/nata_istomina/), Olga Posukh (https://www.instagram.com/posukh?igsh=MWp6MXhtNHE5N29leQ==), Ruslan Mukhtarov (https://www.instagram.com/ruslan_kinder?igsh=MWtvdmUxYnozYWxoMg==), Yuri Orlov (https://www.instagram.com/orlov_dop?igsh=MTJqMDJlbjA0c2J1MQ==). Besides watching films together, these most often include follow up discussions. The value of such meetings lies in live communication — the opportunity to express one’s opinion, be heard, learn to articulate thoughts, and listen to others. Film clubs help children find like-minded peers and develop emotional intelligence and a sense of belonging to a community.
