Painting. Travelling Art. Italy in May. 06.05. <Wolf cub> We travel to Italy, study the country's totem animal and its importance in Italy's history. We draw animal subjects, study basic anatomy, and break complex objects into simple geometric shapes. Materials: fineliner, oil pencils. 13.05 <Streets of Italy> We draw a landscape, a street fragment. We create volume using shading, texture, etc. We work with contrasts and color. Materials: tempera, string for texture, plasticine, cardboard. 20.05 <Masks> We study masks, decorate and paint them, and add details with beads. Materials: masks, beads, rhinestones. 27.05 <Macarons> We draw a food illustration, working on composition and color combinations. Materials: oil pastels.
